I've had XM for going on 3 years now. I've got one of the first
Pioneer auto decks with the huge receiver in the trunk. It also has
the Terk TRK-SR2 antenna.

Now that the MyFi receiver is coming out, I'm thinking of buying it to
replace what I have. I miss having XM at home and I would get much
more use out of this walking back and forth to school.

So my question is this...Is there an adapter that will allow me to use
the antenna that is already glued to my car on the MyFi? I know I
could just use the magnetic mount antenna that comes with the MyFi,
but I would much rather incorporate what is already professionally
installed instead of using a cheapo magnet-mount antenna.

Sorry if this has been covered before, and thanks in advance for a
response.

XM antenna connectors are generally standardized these days. So,
if the connector fits, it will likely work. In the early days of
XM, the antennas had two leads, one for satellite, one for ground
stations. Today, these are combined into one lead and connector.
There are adapters to convert from the two lead system to the single
lead system.

I just bought the Myfi kit. I had the first generation delphi skyfi kit.
The myfi vehicle cradle attached to the old swivel mounting plate with no
problem which in turn is secured to the dashboard. I was able to use the
old mounting plate which came with the delphi skyfi. Also the antenna cable
from the antenna seemed to fit the cradle although not as snug as I would
like it. Reception is great. In addition the built in fm modulator seems
to be much improved over the original delphi skyfi unit in which I used a
combination vehicle power adapter and fm modulator. The resultant audio is
much clearer. The unit and cradle also takes up about half the space as the
original which now allows room for my cup in the cup holder. The unit is
mounted in a take home company van. I also have a pioneer satellite tuner
which is mounted in the trunk of my Miata and uses a pioneer xm ready
receiver. I am very happy with the myfi.

And, just in case you need (but can't find) can't find an XM splitter, the
Sirius splitter will work in its place-once you remove the plastic sheating
around the connectors.
